The Earth Eye Co., Ltd.

The Earth Eye Co., Ltd. is a company dedicated to advancing the export of China's commercial space industry. Since its establishment in 2021, we have focused deeply on markets along the Belt and Road Initiative, working closely with private aerospace companies such as Changguang Satellite, ADASpace, CAS Space, Galactic Energy, Tianwei Technology, Magiccube Satellite, Spacetube, and Rongweitech. Through these partnerships, we have achieved revenue exceeding 100 million RMB without any external financing.

Our TEE-01B satellite was successfully launched into orbit on June 6, 2024, from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. This milestone marks our company’s transformation from a remote sensing data trader to an integrated enterprise combining satellite operations with data sales. Beyond exporting remote sensing data, we are actively expanding into new international markets with offerings such as whole satellite exports, launch services, training programs, technical consulting, and component products—many of which have already yielded concrete results. We remain committed to working alongside leading players in China’s commercial space sector to support the global development of China’s space industry.

The MumeiSky team is composed of alumni from top institutions such as Peking University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Northwestern Polytechnical University. Our members bring experience from organizations including the China National Space Administration, the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization, and China Great Wall Industry Corporation. We uphold a culture of simplicity, efficiency, and flat communication, with a clear focus on steady and strategic business growth. The TEE team is composed of alumni from top institutions such as Peking University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Northwestern Polytechnical University.Possesses extensive experience in international trade and cooperation within the aerospace sector, along with a proven track record in the development of dozens of microsatellites.

President

Graduate of Northwestern Polytechnical University, with previous roles at CASIC, the International Cooperation Department of the Second Academy, the First Department of System Engineering at SASTIND, the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization, and China Great Wall Industry Corporation.
Formerly the chief person in charge of China’s version of Starlink, having an extensive foundation of collaboration within China's aerospace sector
and deep cooperative experience across Belt and Road countries.

Bachelor’s degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong
and a full-time MBA from Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management.
With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, this individual has a solid foundation in organizational management and investment and financing,
complemented by seven years of international experience and a deep understanding of overseas markets and cross-cultural business cooperation.

CFO

PhD in Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology
Chairman of Thor Capital and Chairman of Hunan Strict Technology Co., Ltd.
He has long been engaged in the development of applied technologies and practical systems in the fields of aerospace, defense, and robotics. He has published more than 10 papers domestically and internationally, obtained over 20 invention patents, and received more than 30 awards, including the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Achievements from the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (CALT), and recognition as a Beijing “Yiqilin” Leading Talent in Science and Technology.
He has led major projects listed among the provincial Party Committee and government’s “5×100” series initiatives, guiding his team to win honors such as the “13th China Industry–University–Research Collaboration Award for Civil–Military Synergy Innovation,” “National High-Tech Enterprise,” “National Engineering Research Center for Coal Mine Robotics,” and “Emerging Advantageous Industry Standardization Pilot.” To date, he has filed 136 national patents and secured approval for 8 national standards.

Chief Designer

Engaged in long-term research in aerospace science and technology, having participated in or led over 20 significant scientific research projects. Successfully addressed technical challenges in satellite networking and constellation control, cost-effective high-performance micro-nano satellite design, and the in-orbit application of industrial components. Spearheaded the development and launch of multiple innovative domestic microsatellites, demonstrating forward-thinking insights into the advancement of the space infrastructure industry.

Research achievements earned one third-class Military Science and Technology Progress Award. Oversees the company’s satellite platform and payload research and development.
