We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a bachelor’s degree in an optics-related field (master’s preferred);
Has a curious mind and is open to frequent domestic and international travel;
Possesses a strong foundation in mathematics and English;
Is highly motivated to learn, with strong research skills and the ability to complete thesis or design projects independently;
Has good self-discipline and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in multitasking environments;
Works well in teams, shows empathy and collaboration, and preferably has experience in technical competitions with awards;
Has basic knowledge of aerospace or hands-on experience in R&D internships or jobs (preferred).
